To create our organic speculoos, we developed our own version of brown sugar, an essential ingredient for achieving the distinctive balance between crunchiness and softness.

We carefully select quality ingredients, favour suppliers located as close to us as possible, and remain faithful to the recipes and traditional techniques that give authentic speculoos its unique character.
